Machine functions
A new generation of high rigidity frame.
Based on the finite element mechanical analysis of single parts such as slide block, lower table, left and right column, the optimal size parameters of each part and the thickness of the frame are determined according to the stress and displacement curves of the single part thickness change and the change curves of the whole machine after the combination of the thickness changes of each part.

In order to obtain a higher rigidity of the frame, ensure the overall stability of the frame and the full length of the machining accuracy within 0.5°.

Efficient and reliable post positioning system.
The rear stopper moves at a high speed with a speed up to 1000MM/S, 2-3 times higher than the traditional structure.

The sliding block runs at high speed, the speed of 200MM/S descending and ascending, the bending speed of 15MM/S, and the bending efficiency is greatly improved.

Expanded processing range.
The height of the opening is raised to 520MM, the stroke of the slider is expanded to 250MM, and the processing range is further expanded with the throat depth of 420MM.

It can reduce the time of taking out the workpiece and avoid scratching when taking out the workpiece.
