Common sense of maintenance of hydraulic components:

  1. After the new machine has been put into use for one month, check all oil pipes for deformation or damage. If any abnormalities are found, replace them with new ones in time.
  2. After the new machine has been put into use for two months, shut down the machine first to ensure that there is no pressure in the system, check the solid parts at the joints of each accessory and tighten the loose parts.
  3. Regularly check each hydraulic component to prevent oil from mixing into the system and affect the normal use of the equipment. Do not use detergent during the cleaning process.

Common sense of hydraulic oil circuit maintenance:

  1. Note that the oil temperature of the system should not exceed 70 degrees Celsius, which will lead to deterioration of oil quality and damage to accessories.
  2. The machine is fixed to use the hydraulic oil specified by the manufacturer, and it is not allowed to change it at will.
  3. After the new machine is put into use, the oil should be changed regularly according to the rules, and the oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed.
  4. Regularly check the hydraulic oil level. For example, the hydraulic system should be checked according to the process after maintenance. When the oil level is lower than the oil window, the hydraulic oil should be filled in time.

Common sense of filter maintenance:

  1. If the machine tool alarms or the oil quality is not clean and other filters are abnormal, they should be replaced.
  2. The air filter on the fuel tank should be checked, cleaned and replaced every 3 months, preferably once a year.
  3. The filter should be replaced or cleaned every time the oil is changed.
