After all the upper and lower molds are installed, the car can be driven for tile pressing. The tile press equipment is manually placed and removed, and the work procedure: before the equipment is used, check whether the connections are firm, whether the installation bolts and nuts are tightened, and the left and right chassis should be filled with lubricating oil before the machine can be powered on for a test run. Observe carefully when the car is running, whether there is vibration, noise, whether there is oil coming from the oil window, and whether the movement of each part is coordinated. The mold can only be installed after it is normal. Position, and make the sliding seat rise to the highest point, it is best to use an object to support between the workbench and the bottom surface of the sliding seat, so as to prevent the sliding seat from falling naturally and causing accidents.
