4. This machine tool is suitable for shearing all kinds of steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates and non-metallic material plates whose material thickness is the rated value of the machine tool, and it is a material with no hard marks, slag and slag inclusions, and over-thickness is not allowed.
5. How to use this machine:

a. According to the thickness of the material to be cut, adjust the gap of the blade.

b. Adjust the template or fixture according to the width of the material to be sheared.

c. Make 1 or 3 idle strokes before the machine tool is operated, and then the shearing work can be carried out after it is normal.

6. If the machine is found to be running abnormally during use, it should immediately cut off the power and stop it for inspection.
7. When adjusting the machine tool, cut off the power supply, and pay attention to hand movements when moving the workpiece.
8. All parts of the machine tool should be kept lubricated regularly. The operator should add lubricating oil once in each shift, and the mechanic should add lubricating oil to the rolling bearing parts once every six months.
9. During operation, the movements of hands and feet should be coordinated, it is strictly forbidden to wear gloves, and it is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the pressure plate and the knife edge.
10. Multiple people work collaboratively. Designate a special person to direct, and it is strictly forbidden to cut two pieces of material at the same time on the same shearing machine.
11. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply and lock the power box.
12. On-site cleaning work, it is forbidden to pile up workpieces and sundries in the workplace, and keep the machine tools and the site clean at all times.
