The glazed tile machine is divided into three parts, the roller forming part, the pressing part and the cutter part. The forming part of the roller table is driven by a motor, and the chain drives each roller to rotate. In the pressing part, the hydraulic cylinder drives the mold to move up and down, which can press the color steel into many sections, which look like glazed tiles. The cutter part is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to move the cutter up and down, which can cut the colored steel tiles. The production process of the glazed tile pressing machine is as follows: the colored steel plate enters the forming part of the roller table, and after forming, it goes to the pressing part, and is pressed into sections at equal distances, and the cutter is responsible for the fixed-length cutting.

The executive part has a frequency converter drive motor, a hydraulic station motor, and two hydraulic solenoid valves for the cutter.

The detection part of the glazed tile machine includes: the pulse encoder for detecting the length of the colored steel tile, the up and down travel switch for the press, the up and down travel switch for the cutter, the up and down operation buttons for the press, the up and down travel buttons for the cutter, the emergency stop switch, the hydraulic start Stop switch and so on.

PLC selects KDN-K306-24AR of KDN-K3 series. It has 14 inputs/10 relay outputs, just enough to meet the input and output requirements. Equipped with KDN text screen, it can complete parameter setting, alarm display, help information, production data display and so on. The glazed tile machine needs to use high-speed pulse input function, KDN-K306-24AR has excellent high-speed input performance, and the AB phase has strong anti-interference ability.
